The center is a high-rise healthcare facility with an approximate total built-up area of 83,750 m², rising to 23 floors (21 above ground plus 2 basement levels). It significantly expands capacity for specialized clinical services, with approximately 303 beds dedicated to oncology and liver disease care. The development also includes a large underground parking facility of around 19,210 m², accommodating approximately 450 vehicles.

Scope of Involvement

Project involvement in this institutional healthcare development included specification support and coordination of clinical-grade systems and solutions across multiple functional zones necessary for complex tertiary medical care environments.
