Organization Overview

Bank Albilad is a Saudi Arabian joint stock company operating as a full-service Islamic bank under the regulation of the Saudi Central Bank. Established in 2004, the bank provides Sharia-compliant financial services across retail, corporate, treasury, and investment banking. Riyadh serves as the bank’s principal corporate and administrative base, housing executive leadership and core operational functions.

Project Overview

The project involved the development of Bank Albilad’s new headquarters in Riyadh, designed to consolidate executive management, corporate administration, and operational departments within a modern institutional office environment. The headquarters was planned to meet the functional, security, and governance requirements of a regulated financial institution while supporting a large professional workforce.

The building was developed as a vertically organized corporate facility, incorporating contemporary workplace planning and support infrastructure appropriate for large-scale financial operations.
