Organization Overview

Clemenceau Medical Center is a leading healthcare institution originating in Lebanon, delivering tertiary and multispecialty medical services aligned with international healthcare standards. The organization has established a strong reputation for advanced clinical care, operational excellence, and patient-centric facilities.

As part of its regional growth strategy, Clemenceau Medical Center expanded into the United Arab Emirates with the development of a major hospital facility designed to serve regional and international patient demand within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Project Overview

The project involved the development and regional expansion of a large-scale multispecialty hospital spanning Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates. The UAE facility was developed within Dubai Healthcare City (Phase 2) as part of a major healthcare district, requiring close coordination across clinical planning, architectural design, regulatory compliance, and technical execution.

The hospital integrates inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, surgical, and support functions within a complex, vertically organized structure designed to meet international healthcare standards and long-term operational requirements.

Project Scale & Key Facts

The project comprises two large-scale institutional hospital developments reflecting the scale and complexity typical of major healthcare investments in the region. The Beirut facility operates with an inpatient capacity of approximately 158 beds, supporting a full range of tertiary clinical services. The UAE phase of the project, developed within Dubai Healthcare City (Phase 2), includes approximately 91–100 inpatient beds arranged within a vertically organized hospital building.

The Dubai facility consists of four basement levels, a ground floor, seven clinical floors, three mechanical floors, and a roof level, accommodating operating theatres, outpatient clinics, diagnostic and imaging departments, intensive care units, and advanced surgical facilities. The development encompasses an approximate built-up area of 45,000 square meters and has been publicly reported as a high-value healthcare investment of approximately AED 400 million, positioning it firmly within the category of large-scale institutional and mega healthcare developments.
